Fate
Also known as: the Fate God, Alarand, The Mirror God
One of the three Great Gods that form the center of Genesis's pantheon, Alarand is a morally neutral light-aligned god who rules over the fabric of what is and should be. He's often considered the unofficial center of the Great Gods and worshipped almost universally regardless of race or general alignment; while it's thought that Fate's favor cannot be won or lost regardless of devotion, people honor him as the final arbitrator of destiny. Notably, Alarand is served by the Reaper who acts as his official representative on the mortal plane. Associated with: fate, gold, mirrors, crows, weaving, running water, impartiality Additional Notes: like all gods of Genesis, Alarand's eyes should never be shown. Often represented largely as a backlit silhouette. Center of the chest is a cracked cavity leaking gold light. |
