Khamet
Name: Khamet
Age: (immortal)
Race: Reaper (characterized by black-ringed gold eyes, golden blood, animalistic traits), now immortal
Story: [Bloodlines]
Personality:
Little is known about Khamet's personality, though in life he was devoted, noble, and unyielding. He's still possessed of his full human intelligence, but when combined with the knowledge of immortality and the close companionship to a god those who meet him tend to find him unnerving. He rarely speaks despite being capable of it.
Backstory:
Though his full story is largely lost to time, Khamet is perhaps the first Reaper whose name is remembered. He dates from the time when the Immortal Flame, the demon-god of the Seraphs, walked the earth; when the Flame's three sons rose to power, Khamet was the Reaper who stood against them and succeeded in killing two of the three. Doing so forced him to rely heavily on his second form to the point where it's debatable that he was even capable of returning to human form. In the end he gave his life in order to bind the Immortal Flame away from the mortal realm.
In death, Kahmet didn't disappear as most Reapers do; his spirit was caught by the Skinwalker, who gave him a permanent home at his side in recognition of his sacrifice and his worthy usage of the Skinwalker's Gift. Though few have ever seen him--or his master--Khamet lurks the mist-filled otherworld that the Skinwalker calls home.
With other characters:
The Skinwalker: Khamet is often found at the Skinwalker's side, a faithful companion to his god
